All sources lead candidates directly to the Emprof website. The website is key when it comes to communication with candidates. The website is where candidates find all interesting information (based on our knowledge of pull factors) and where they can immediately respond to job vacancies and register through “open” applications. Emprof continuously searches and selects candidates in target groups.
Emprof has a database of more than 10.000 sales and marketing candidates. An active relationship is maintained with these candidates, so that Emprof always has an extensive Talent Pool of qualified candidates within your target group at its immediate disposal. Besides continuous selection of candidates, Emprof can develop specific campaigns for your assignment.
Search & Selection based on knowledge of target groups
The selection process starts with a thorough intake interview. In this interview the specific type of person you are looking for (profile, qualifications) as well as your organisation and the position(s) at hand are discussed. With this information, Emprof can search its Talent Pool for the right candidate and develop specific selection campaigns. Together we will determine your organisation’s positive pull factor scores (also related to your competitors) and use this information to convince the right candidates to choose your organisation. Emprof selects the best candidates through extensive interviews and, if desired, testing. If desired, Emprof also checks the references of candidates who are suitable in principle. Interested and qualified candidates are then introduced to you.

Kish Prashad
Kish Prashad is managing partner and co-founder of Emprof. In the last 20 years he has fulfilled various sales positions, he started as an Inside Sales Rep and thereafter fulfilled Sales Management positions. He has set up and managed sales organisations for various International companies: Inmac / Microwarehouse, Mcafee, Compuware, Cisco and StepStone. He fulfilled Interim positions at 3com, Worldcom and Infotheek. In his career Kish has recruited more than 500 sales and marketing professionals for the above mentioned companies and more than 300 via Emprof, for a broad range of companies. Due to his vast experience in sales and marketing and understanding of the Dutch market he is an excellent partner to work with for customers. Kish is a guest speaker at the Higher school of education in Leiden specialised in Human Resources - Recruitment.
Gerben Wijnja
Gerben is Managing Partner and co-founder of Emprof. During his education Management and Organization at the University of Groningen he started a publishing company (recruitment communications) with two other students. Later he worked in various positions at Wolters Kluwer (publishing company), amongst other as Publisher and Marketing Manager. He positioned Wolters Kluwer as recruitment solution provider (magazines, websites, fairs, ..) for higher educated professionals. In 2000 he started at StepStone Netherlands, first as Marketing Director, later as Managing Director. Here he pioneered the development of StepStone as total talent provider in The Netherlands. Recruitment communication and recruitment solutions are the binding factors in his career.
